Dear Families,

     We had a wonderful first week back! It's nice to get back into the daily routines. Our class did a fabulous job and all seem to be excited to be back:) I know I am. This Monday, January 14th, our class will take the NWEA Reading portion of the test. I encourage everyone to try to get to bed at a normal time to get a good nights rest. Students may bring in gum and extra snacks for the testing. There will be a short testing time in the morning and afternoon. I also encourage all students to try to be in school on Monday and to try and not schedule any appointments. Thank you. Have a great week!

Mrs. Abbott's Dream Team Dear Families,  (Below is a note from Mcelroy about the cast party on Monday)      WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT OUR FOURTH GRADE DID A GREAT JOB WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE AND HAVE EARNED A SPECIAL “CAST PARTY”.       MONDAY, APRIL 15, ALL FOURTH GRADE WILL WATCH A MUSICAL VIDEO AND ARE WELCOME TO BRING A SNACK, A CLEAR DRINK (MUST LOOK LIKE WATER) AND A PILLOW.      PLEASE HELP YOUR CHILD REMEMBER THIS SPECIAL EVENT.  Unfortunately, THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CALL HOME IF THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN. There are videos and you can also respond in your Science journal or create a Google Doc and share it with me. If you need extra reading material you can go to Epic in Symbaloo.
